As our Seafood units travel up and down the UK, we like to think of ourselves as offering up a new and innovative fish and chip experience. Although we love a good old piece of cod or haddock with our chips, we wanted to push the culinary boundaries and give you something different to enjoy. From mouthwatering Scottish lobster to truffle and parmesan coated chips, you’re in for a treat.
Freshly caught from Eyemouth, our lobster is served with finely chopped celery that’s dressed in a light mayonnaise. It’s then placed in a buttery, brioche roll and topped with crushed black pepper and a wedge of fresh lemon.
Soft shell crab burger
Cooked in a light batter for a crispy texture, our soft shell crab is then served on a brioche bun alongside fresh salad and spicy tartar sauce. It’s the perfect summer burger.

Love your chips posh? Come and give our truffle and parmesan chips a try. Made from the very best Scottish potatoes and topped with freshly grated parmesan, summer harvest Scottish truffle oil and a sprinkling of parsley.
In this version of our skin-on chips, they’ve been topped with the finest and freshest Scottish crab, straight from the waters in Eyemouth. It’s a definite must-try this summer.
